Shipping & Returns

 

 

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations Policy

We gladly accept return or exchanges of most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). (We recommend you use a signed for delivery with proof of postage).

If you need to return an item, please simply email us sagabella@bigcommerce.com  with your order number, reason and details about the product you would like to return and attached a photo of the item(s), clearly showing the defective or damage incurred.  Our return address is Oaklands, 21 Albany Road, Fleet, Hampshire, GU51 3NB
                                                                                                                     

 

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal, intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.

Cancellations: Please get in contact immediately and we will try and cancel your order before it is being process.


Shipping

We can ship to some International addresses. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We use:

Royal Mail: Current estimated arrival day: (3-10 business days after date of dispatch). We don't like to keep any one  waiting, but due to this unprecedented current circumstances, our standard delivery may take up to 10 business days. Please, bear with us during this time.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY - £11.50 for orders placed by 2pm on the previous working day. Please note this service is not available to the Channel Islands.

UPS for some of our oversized items when we are required.

Royal Mail International/ UPS/HERMES

Most international orders will be sent via International Royal Mail. All our international orders are tracked and some are signed for depending on the country it is being sent to. Estimate Arrival Date depends on Country and Service.
